PAIRING FOOD: As a fresh wine with a fine body, it can match with all kinds of pasta, rice and fish and especially shellfish. Imagine an appetizer of oysters, then some spaghetti or ravioli stuffed with a few clams, some shrimp or a grilled cuttlefish, monkfish with a good finish and a tuna or a filet of fresh tuna. Or good tapas of croquettes or even a good “iberico” ham, or “montaditos”. Or, if not, alone, with good company.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Keep in a dry, cool and dark location. Service temperature: 5-8 ºC
