PAIRING FOOD: As a fresh wine with a fine body As a structured wine with a powerful body, can combine with all kinds of meats as roast or grilled. Imagine a roast beef, or grilled meat, lamb or sausages, or a chicken farmer growned in the Penedes. All combine perfectly for this wine aging. Or if not, with good lids meat croquettes, or good tapas and “montaditos”. And if not, alone, with good company.
