WINEMAKER RECOMMENDATIONS: Store in a vertical position. Keep in a dry, cool and dark location. As a Gran Reserva, I recommend serving it at between 6-10 ºC.FOOD PAIRING: The Bombonetta is the most rounded and balanced cava. Its aging time gives it a great complexity of flavors and aromas, and a rare freshness. For this reason, it combines perfectly with both the simple dishes of catalan cuisine, such as bread with tomato and ham, cannelloni or some more complex ones as the new Mediterranean foods: pastry filled with seafood or duck deconstructed and being a brut it combines with desserts of all kinds.
