VARIETY: 40% Xarel.lo, 20 % Macabeu 15% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay
CAPACITY: 750 ml
AGING: Mínimum 40 months in raws in contact with yeast.
FERMENTATION: Cold wine with slow fermentation for 2-3 months in the bottle.
PROCESS: All process in raws, ridding, degorge, and labelled by hand.
TASTE: This Gran Reserva Brut is made from the best “free run juice” and from the Best blend “ coupage” of the best wines I can find.
The fine bubbles formvery integrated
 streams , its colour is  pale green- yellow.
Its aromas are floral with notes of spices and oranges flowers. Its taste is dry, with soft sensations, certain flavours of roasted nuts and  baked flour combined with ripe fruit such as apples and apricots. Very well balanced for a vintage cava it is. It is very persistent, with complex flavors and leaves a long aftertaste. Very, very round in mouth, it has a great personality.
Feelings of balance and complexity that makes it very singular.

WINEMAKER RECOMMENDATIONS: Store in a vertical position. Keep in a dry, cool and dark location. As a Gran Reserva, I recommend serving it at between 6-10 ºC.FOOD PAIRING: The Bombonetta is the most rounded and balanced cava. Its aging time gives it a great complexity of flavors and aromas, and a rare freshness. For this reason, it combines perfectly with both the simple dishes of catalan cuisine, such as bread with tomato and ham, cannelloni or some more complex ones as the new Mediterranean foods: pastry filled with seafood or duck deconstructed and being a brut it combines with desserts of all kinds. It will always be a good reason to have a party.AWARDS:
